Reschedule and cancellation policy
Life happens. Here is exactly how changes are handled, so there are no surprises.
- Reschedule
- Free at any time with at least 24 hours notice. Reply to your confirmation email, or send a new request here, and Lisa will move your slot.
- Cancel
- Cancel with at least 24 hours notice and nothing is owed. Free consultations can be cancelled at any time.
- Late changes and no-shows
- Under 24 hours notice, a paid session may count as used. Miss a session without notice and it counts as used. Lisa reviews genuine emergencies case by case.
- Refunds on paid programs
- Paid agreements cancelled within 24 hours of payment are refunded in full, automatically. After that, your request goes to Lisa for a personal review.
- If Lisa reschedules
- You get as much notice as possible, first choice of a new time, and never lose a paid session.
