Lisa BH Consulting ("we", "us") provides personal coaching, consulting, workshops, and speaking services in English, French, and Italian. This policy explains what information we collect from clients and visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect information that you choose to give us through our forms. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information.

7-Day Guide request: your email address and the language you prefer.

Free consultation request: your name, email, phone number (optional), the type of session you want, your preferred language, the date and time you request, and any notes you share.

Client intake form: your name, date of birth, gender, email, phone, preferred language, emergency contact and their phone number, your goals, habits you want to change, diagnoses, medications, supplements, energy and stress levels, stress management, movement, eating style, foods you avoid, your relationship with food, digestion, professional care, support needs, any additional information, your Wheel of Life reflection, your consent, and your scores across eight wellness dimensions on the Wheel of Life.

Agreements and contracts: your name, email, phone (optional), the agreement you are signing, the typed signature you provide, and the quantity you select.

Payments: when you pay, your card details are handled by Stripe and never pass through our website. We receive your name, email, and the details of your purchase so we can confirm it and send a receipt.

Cancellation requests: the reference from your agreement, your email, and the reason you share.

Email preferences: when you use an unsubscribe link, we record your email on a suppression list so we stop contacting you.

We use your information to respond to your requests, prepare for and deliver coaching sessions, send you the guide and confirmation emails, process payments and refunds, maintain records of our work together, and improve our services.

With your intake information, the intake form notes that include diagnoses, medications, and other wellness details are used only to support your coaching and are shared only with Lisa.

We send you emails you have asked for, such as the guide, confirmations, and receipts. You can stop these at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only as needed to run the services you asked for, and only with the providers listed below.

Lovable: our website platform, which hosts the website and its database. Guide requests and consultation requests are stored here and are visible to Lisa through the admin dashboard.

Resend: the service that delivers our branded emails, sent from notify.lisabh.com. It receives the email address and message needed to deliver each email.

Stripe: the service that processes payments. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store them.

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): a backup email relay used for agreement signatures and cancellation requests so that a copy reaches Lisa even if the primary email system is unavailable.

Cloudflare: the service that hosts and serves the website at the edge.

We may disclose information when required by law, such as a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lisa BH Consulting or others.

We keep client records for two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. This applies to guide requests, consultation requests, intake details, agreements, and payment records.

Email suppression entries are kept so we can honor your unsubscribe choice. You can ask us to remove a suppression entry at any time by emailing hello@lisabh.com.

Forms are protected against automated spam using hidden honeypot fields and timing checks. The inbox addresses and relay endpoints used for notifications are kept on the server and are not exposed in the website code.

Sensitive intake details are transmitted through our branded email system rather than stored in a public database. Access to the admin dashboard is protected by an access code and limited to Lisa.

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your information, by emailing hello@lisabh.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

You can withdraw consent for the intake form at any point by not submitting it, or by asking us to delete what you shared. You can stop our emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

If you are located in California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, the EU, the UK, or Quebec, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information under the law that applies to you. We will honor the requests described above. Contact us and we will help you exercise those rights.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Please review it occasionally.
